## Description

We are seeking a Route To Market Intern to join our operations team in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

- Assist RTM supervisor in coaching and training staff/drivers

- Ensure parcels are routed correctly to drivers/riders

- Assist Supervisor in daily tasks

- Perform parcel routing and Route Inbound according to SOP

- Ensure all parcels are accounted for and scanned daily

- Prevent parcels from being left unattended after push out

- Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation

- Assist Admin with daily attendance checking and route drivers/riders

- Assist CSM in verifying driver's POD validity and handling RDO

- Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse

- Perform other additional tasks as instructed

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field

- 3-6 months of internship experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong team player with ability to work independently

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Proficient in MS Office or Google Docs

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
