## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our small retail sales team in Brasília. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and developing our sales team, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and aligned with Red Bull's goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Sales Coordinators, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and aligned with Red Bull's goals.

- Performance Management: Ensure achievement of sales targets, monitoring indicators, and implementing action plans.

- Strategic Vision: Monitor the market and competition, identifying opportunities and transforming analysis into action plans.

- Partner Management: Strengthen relationships with partners, ensuring strategic alignment and commercial plan execution.

- Operational Efficiency: Drive productivity, optimizing routes, visit effectiveness, and return on investment.

- Commercial Execution: Implement the small retail channel strategy, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to Red Bull guidelines.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree

- Postgraduate degree preferred

- Experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods companies with distributors

- Direct or indirect sales experience in small retail

- Leadership experience with direct teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

- Intermediate English

- Valid driver's license (Category B)

- Travel availability

- Availability to reside in Brasília
