## Description

This role contributes to delivering customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Head of Business Development – Agent & Broker with supervisory duties

- Achieve company business targets and individual sales targets

- Develop new business partnerships through solid relationship building

- Provide quotations and advice to clients and intermediaries, handling services and product enquiries

- Manage projects, including marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and product development

- Obtain and maintain licensure as an individual insurance agent with the Insurance Authority

- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, or Diploma in insurance or related disciplines

- Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent

- Qualified IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or other related professional insurance qualifications an advantage

- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the insurance industry

- Sales-oriented, positive, and able to work under pressure

- Team player with great initiative, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
