## Description

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own and accelerate consumer growth and retention experiences. The ideal candidate is a high-leverage, data-driven product leader who combines startup grit with technical depth and product intuition.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences designed to maximize early product adoption and long-term retention.

- Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to build and scale personalized, cross-channel product journeys that create the most value for users.

- Work directly with engineering in a cross-functional leadership capacity to iteratively build, rapidly A/B test, and launch optimized consumer experiences.

- Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with at least 2 years in consumer-facing Product Management

- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL for data analysis and product monitoring

- At least 2 years of experience driving Product Growth

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup technology environment

- 5+ years of experience working with SQL

- Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products

**Salary:** McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 per year New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 per year Remote: $182,500 - $208,300 per year
