## Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Packaging Operator to join our team in Oosterbierum. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including filling, capping, and labeling machines

- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve processes

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in a related field an asset

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 kg
