## Description

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for advising our private customers on various financial services and products through digital media such as phone, video consultation, chat, and co-browsing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide tailored advice to private customers on accounts, services, digitalization, and product portfolio

- Advise customers on investments, retirement planning, and private credit

- Utilize digital media and tools to provide comprehensive advice

- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities

- Maintain high service quality standards in line with regulatory requirements

- Perform pre- and post-sales activities

**Requirements:**

- Completed commercial training, preferably as a bank clerk

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services and products

- Sales experience

- EU-Vermittlerrichtlinie (EU-VRR) certification

- Cost awareness and business economic thinking

- PC skills and ability to learn specific systems
