## Description

Discord is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Tools & Process to lead the systems, workflows, and automation for B2B sales across business units. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and be responsible for Salesforce platform management, end-to-end sales process design, and AI-driven operational enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the Salesforce business requirements roadmap and translating revenue team needs into platform capabilities

- Serving as the primary RevOps interface to Engineering and IT for Salesforce development

- Defining data governance standards and object architecture across all revenue pillars

- Designing and operationalizing the end-to-end sales process

- Creating process documentation, playbooks, and guardrails to standardize deal flow

- Driving the AI and automation roadmap for Discord B2B

- Evaluating new tools, platforms, and vendor solutions for Discord B2B

- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams

The ideal candidate will have:

- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations

- Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on configuration and admin certification

- Proven track record designing end-to-end sales processes

- Experience deploying AI and automation solutions

- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, and integration architectures

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $232,000 to $261,000 + equity + benefits.
