## Description

We are looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas in Hamburg. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations, turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service while embodying our brand style.

Qualifications:

* Experience in the beauty industry or similar field
* Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent our brand
* Ideally, make-up artist experience
* Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
* German language skills at level B2
