## Description

We are looking for a commercially sharp Assistant Manager - Hotel Supply & Partnerships to build CREW's directly contracted hotel portfolio.

CREW is Swiggy's premium travel concierge, built to take the stress out of planning and traveling for busy professionals. It offers member-only hotel rates, 24×7 on-trip assistance, deep destination expertise, and a one-stop shop for hotels, flights, visas, trip planning, forex, cabs, and insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Building the portfolio: Identifying, negotiating, and closing direct contracts with hotels, resorts, and regional chains across CREW's priority markets.

- Negotiating commercials: Net and static rates, allocation and release periods, cancellation terms, MLOS, blackout handling, override, and volume-linked commissions.

- Running the daily price check: Monitoring CREW's rates against public OTA rates and aggregator/supplier rates on priority properties every day.

- Maintaining the benchmarking view and numbers: Reporting for the portfolio - which properties we win on, which we lose on, by how much and against whom - and converting it into a live renegotiation list.

- Pricing ahead of demand: Tracking peak seasons, event dates, and demand spikes in priority markets, and getting rates repriced and allocation topped up before the surge.

- Turning contracts into bookable rates: Partnering with ops, product, and engineering so signed rates, room content, and property mapping load correctly and go live.

- Managing accounts: Running the review cadence with key hotels and chains - performance against volume commitments, seasonal renegotiation, billing, and settlement issues.

- Market intelligence: Representing CREW at trade shows and on market visits, running site inspections, and building relationships with DMCs and hotel representation companies.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in hotel supply, contracting, or distribution, with hands-on hotel contracting experience, and be fluent in the commercial mechanics.
