**Job Summary:** As a Clinic Director and licensed Physical Therapist, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations, building and leading a dedicated team, and meeting operational performance goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and lead a team aligned with ATI's mission, fostering high-quality patient-centered care.

- Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.

- Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.

- Meet operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient care standards.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.

- Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources.
