## Description

We are seeking an Operational Process Analyst to support our sales operations team. As an Operational Process Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical and commercial proposals for public and private sector clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading complex RFP, RFQ, and bid management processes to ensure efficient workflow coordination and stakeholder alignment

- Developing competitive, customer-centric proposals and technical solutions that align business objectives with client requirements

- Maintaining compliance with pricing policies, approval frameworks, and corporate governance standards

- Conducting post-submission and post-award reviews to identify improvement opportunities and optimize proposal strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

- 2-4 years of work experience in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field

- Strong skills in bid and proposal management, commercial and technical solution development, contractual and risk assessment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project coordination

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
