## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Glasgow Fort, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Monday to Saturday, 06:00-10:00, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience. You'll work in a high-pressure environment, stay sharp, and focus on serving, selling, filling, and helping drive growth in sales.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
