## Description

Priory Hospital Suttons Manor has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an NMC Registration to join our team.

The role involves assessing, planning and delivering person-centred nursing care in partnership with patients and their families, while monitoring and reviewing care plans and responding to changes in patients’ needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing, planning and delivering person-centred nursing care

- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

- Prioritising and delegating nursing duties

- Acting as nurse in charge when required

- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

- Building positive professional relationships

- Addressing concerns and complaints

- Supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship

- Participating in clinical supervision and reflective practice

- Maintaining ongoing professional development

The ideal candidate will have:

- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post registration experience with active NMC Registration and completed preceptorship programme.
