## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities:

- Provide IT project delivery end to end, including impact analysis, design, coding, testing support and release.

- Be accountable for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.

- Liaise with other teams, including architects and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.

- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and procedures, and risk management.

- Ensure proper documentation as per the quality standards.

- Check system/code logic to trace and solve batch/online issues.

- Continuously fine-tune and develop CI/CD pipelines to enable safer, more automated releases.

Requirements:

- University graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.

- At least 8 years’ experience in IT with solid knowledge of application development and support.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Technical capability: continuously upgrade and learn various technologies required for successful project delivery.

- Knowledge and experience with distributed systems, micro-service architecture and APIs.

- Solid domain knowledge of lending is preferred.

- Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, test automation and tooling, etc.).

- Ability to work in an Agile working model.

- Familiarity with Java/Springboot, Javascript.

- Team player; multi-tasking; good interpersonal skills; troubleshooting ability and testing skills; organised self-starter.
