## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Warehouse Operations professional to support our team in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will assist with the daily operations of our K401 Distribution Hub, ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of clinical trial finished goods to domestic and international sites.

Responsibilities:

- Assist operators with receiving, inventory, shipping, and supply management of clinical trial finished goods

- Write, review, and manage procedures, tools, and documentation

- Support quality documentation activities, including Deviations and Change Controls

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment issues

- Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and gather operational KPIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a GMP environment

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
