## Description

IQVIA is seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Consultants to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in Germany. As a Pharmaceutical Consultant, you will work closely with our life science customers to support them through flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- You will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in your designated area for vaccines.

- You will build strategic relationships with doctors and pharmacies in your area and think beyond traditional sales approaches.

- You will develop and implement creative, scalable engagement formats for doctors and pharmacies that go beyond traditional face-to-face visits.

- You will take on independent territory management and consider regional peculiarities.

- You will analyze market, competitive, and customer needs in your region and derive measures and action plans.

- You will have a high willingness to travel and work flexibly from home.

**Requirements:**

- Completed studies (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences) or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally already in the vaccine or infection area.

- Experience with digital tools/channels (e.g., CRM, e-detailing, HCP online engagement, messenger).

- Entrepreneurial, self-responsible and high willingness to travel and flexibility.

- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills as well as very good German and good English skills.
