## Description

You will be a member of the Strategy Integration & Reporting team, analyzing the effectiveness of new and existing agency management, performance, and compensation programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with the senior leadership team through meetings and presentations

- Supporting processes that provide systematic measurement of distribution management initiatives

- Participating in the development of actionable measurements of distribution programs that drive follow-up strategy and tactics

- Developing data analysis and recommendations for the Independent Agency Distribution Organization

- Analyzing agency segmentation and compensation programs and providing recommendations for change

- Producing standardized operational and management reports, including trending analysis of productivity and profitability measures within agency segments and across lines of business

- Developing agency segmentation and attribute reporting, including collection and presentment of standard operational KPIs and milestones, including operational scorecards

- Supporting 'need-based' reporting as assigned

The role requires entry-level skills in Python, Power BI, and SQL.
