## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsley Village, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, you may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods, specifically in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be:

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Thursday: 06:00-10:00

- Saturday: 06:00-10:00
