About the Team: The Strategic Finance team is built with a diverse mix of talent coming from top-tier financial institutions, global technology companies, and some of the fastest-growing startups in AI and software. The team works directly with the CFO and shapes how leadership, the Board, and the public markets understand the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own key parts of the three-statement model and cash forecast, turning contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into an outlook leadership can make decisions on.

- Drive planning that leads up to public earnings cycles, pressure-testing assumptions and explaining clearly what changed and why.

- Define and track KPIs and unit economics, presenting critical topics on what's working and what isn't to leadership.

- Build executive and Board materials, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Support earnings preparation, guidance, and investor dialogue, contributing analysis to financing and rating agency work.

- Work with cross-functional teams to keep numbers consistent from contract to cash to reported results.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years in finance, ideally in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale technology company or fast-paced startup.

- Deep modeling skills, including three-statement models, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis.

- Sound judgment about what matters, with the ability to take a messy set of inputs and produce a clear recommendation.

- Clear writing and presenting skills for senior audiences, including executives and the Board.

- Comfort with ambiguity and pace, building structure where none exists and owning critical processes.

- Working knowledge of accounting that affects the forecast, including revenue recognition, leases, and capex.

The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location.
