## Description

We are seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Premier Court Care Home in Bishop's Stortford. As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents. You will dream up exciting events and hobbies that residents will love, such as arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and even pub quizzes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Running morning and afternoon activity sessions

- Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget

- Organising birthday surprises for our residents

- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home

- Organising one to ones with our residents, this might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat

- Supporting the home with their social media channels as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork. You will be interested in caring for others, sharing your sense of humour and spreading your infectious enthusiasm for making people's lives better.
