## Description

The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is designed to develop best-in-class leadership and technology skills. As an Engineer in the TLP, you will use your technology acumen to provide input on new technologies, contribute to service design and lifecycle management, and participate in code reviews and development.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, receiving hands-on technical and leadership training. Your responsibilities will include:

- Evaluating new technologies and contributing to their design and implementation

- Participating in research and proof-of-concept initiatives

- Writing, organizing, and maintaining code based on designs

- Ensuring architectural and operational requirements and best practices are met

- Participating in disaster recovery planning and activities

- Resolving frequently encountered technical issues and monitoring system capacity

The program starts in August 2027 and is an entry-level position.
