## Description

As a Learning Specialist at Benevity, you'll deliver learning and enablement experiences to help colleagues build skills and do their best work.

You'll own and facilitate Launchpad, a week-long new hire program, manage leadership programs, and design and deliver enablement company-wide.

Responsibilities:

- Own and facilitate Launchpad, a week-long office-based new hire onboarding program

- Manage leadership programs, including Manager Essentials, end to end

- Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that align with Benevity's priorities

- Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning and enablement, including eLearning modules and supporting resources

- Define success measures, track impact, and report results to leadership

- Advise cross-functional stakeholders on the right approach to learning and enablement

- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline administrative and design tasks

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in a facilitation, learning delivery, enablement, or people development role

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in organizational development, adult learning, HR, or a related field

- Advanced facilitation and presentation skills

- Certification or training in facilitation frameworks or leadership models is a strong asset

- Proven ability to design and deliver enablement or training that drives adoption across teams

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills

- Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and enablement materials

- Strong organizational skills; able to manage recurring programs and coordinate across multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Experience with LMS platforms, learning design tools, and virtual facilitation tools

- Curiosity and a growth mindset
