## Description

We are seeking a Brigade Chef to join our team at the Mercure Paris Orly Tech hotel, located in the heart of the Orly district. As a modern and welcoming hotel, we cater to a diverse range of customers, including business travellers and tourists.

As a Brigade Chef, you will be responsible for:

- Organising customer reception and ensuring a smooth stay

- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty

- Anticipating and meeting customer needs

- Contributing to achieving quality and quantitative objectives

- Implementing brand and group projects

- Supervising and developing the skills of receptionists

- Representing the hotel's image

In terms of technical skills, you will:

- Participate in and supervise customer reception and departure operations

- Ensure the application of pricing policy and internal audit procedures

- Transmit necessary information to other services and team members

- Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints

You will also be responsible for:

- Managing and developing your team's motivation and skills

- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

- Applying hotel safety rules and environmental policies
