## Job Overview

We're seeking a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to manage Flexport's daily social presence, create engaging blog content, and produce a newsletter for logistics leaders.

As a hands-on role for a skilled writer with social media expertise, you'll create content, design visuals in Canva, edit short videos, and build a network of influencers.

## Responsibilities

- Manage Flexport's social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) day-to-day.

- Plan, write, and publish social posts, engage with audiences, and analyze performance.

- Create blog content on complex supply chain topics, turning them into engaging, shareable pieces.

- Produce a newsletter from start to finish, selecting stories, writing copy, and sending it out.

- Design social graphics and basic marketing assets in Canva.

- Edit short-form videos for social media.

- Build and manage an influencer network, coaching internal experts and cultivating external relationships.

- Track performance and adjust future content accordingly.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field.

- Strong writing skills, able to simplify complex logistics topics.

- Experience managing social media channels.

- Knowledge of social best practices across platforms.

- Basic design and video editing skills in Canva.

- Ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines.
