## Description

The Solution Architect , Functional, Credit to Cash is the functional design authority for the end-to-end Credit to Cash value chain. The goal is to create a predictable, automated, and controlled process for faster and better credit decisions, higher straight-through cash application, risk-based and largely automated collections, fewer exceptions and disputes, lower DSO and overdue, and <1 Day Resolution.

The scope includes the entire Credit to Cash value chain, from customer onboarding and credit risk assessment to billing, invoice presentment, collections strategy, payment capture, and cash application. The role involves designing an integrated solution across this scope rather than separate credit, collections, and cash solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end Credit to Cash functional architecture and target design

- Lead the HighRadius functional solution design and deployment

- Design integration, data, and controls across the Credit to Cash landscape

- Deliver the outcome and assure design quality through the value drops

- Shape the roadmap and lead across the programme

The role requires expertise in Credit to Cash processes, HighRadius and SAP platforms, and integration and data flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Consumer Products industry, specifically the Beer, Wine & Spirits sector, and experience with Diageo's BPQMS standards.

The position demands a unique blend of technical and functional skills, including:

- End-to-end Credit to Cash mastery and functional architecture

- HighRadius and SAP platform depth, integration, and data

- Design authority, influence, and leadership

The role is a transformation design and architecture position, not an operational one. The postholder will work independently within the frame set by the workstream lead and will partner closely with D&T Enterprise and Solution Architecture.
