## Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Jr. Analyst to join our team in Taoyuan, Taiwan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating BOMs, change orders, and following Document Control processes throughout the product lifecycle. They will work closely with EPMs and MPMs to set up BOMs for new products and attend meetings representing Document Control and assigned product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating BOMs and change orders at all product life phases

- Setting up BOMs for new products with EPMs and MPMs

- Following Document Control processes

- Attending meetings and representing Document Control and assigned product lines

- Understanding roles and responsibilities of core team members

- Performing daily, detailed, and timely data entry to PLM

- Prioritizing workload and working independently

- Being a team player

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one year of office experience

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Good time management and prioritization abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new applications

- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written

- Experience with Arena or equivalent PLM tools and Oracle or equivalent ERP systems is a plus
