The Role Join our team as a Customer Experience Representative at one of the world's most exciting, mission driven tech companies. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, process orders, and use internal systems to ensure accurate and timely order transmission to our partners.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations
