## Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Management, Sr Staff Engineer to join our Mixed-Signal Semiconductor IP team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

## Responsibilities

- Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

- Lead cross-functional teams, defining project roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing, and aligning objectives across business units.

- Identify resource needs, manage risks, and resolve project issues to keep initiatives on track and within scope.

- Drive process improvements and establish best practices for efficient project execution and team productivity.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular status updates and clear communication to management and customers, fostering transparency and trust.

- Expertise in risk and change management, adept at navigating complex project challenges.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
