As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead, mentor, grow, develop, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Corporate Functions.

You will:

- Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers

- Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources to achieve goals

- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long-term recruiting strategy that brings in exceptional talent

- Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale

- Assess and improve recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams

- Take ownership of complex change initiatives to achieve business results

- Champion Figma's values-led culture

Requirements:

- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive environment with 4+ years of people management experience

- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives

- Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director

- Experience building a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth

- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design, engagement/retention strategy, and strong performance management

- A deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion
