## Description

Fern Lodge in Chester has an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. You will be working shift patterns, with long and short days, as part of a compassionate team that supports people's wellbeing. The role is offered on a part-time basis, working 32 hours per week with an annual salary of £33,779.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.

- Assess, plan and deliver nursing care with the patient and their carer/family.

- Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess need and evaluate progress.

- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- A Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with some post-registration experience.

- Sound knowledge of NMC guidelines, standards, and professional practices.

- Positive attitude towards change, quality improvement, and service development.
