## Description

As a Customer Advisor at Argos, located in Sainsbury's, Chesham, Buckinghamshire, you will provide an excellent shopping experience for customers. You will work in a part-time role, with a fixed-term assignment of 6 hours per week, until 01/02/2027.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collecting products from the stock area, taking payments, and processing refunds

- Providing advice on a wide range of products and supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet

- Building great knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations

To be successful in this role, you should be:

- Friendly and welcoming, with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers and helping them have a great experience

- Comfortable talking to customers about financial services

- Happy working at pace in a physical, high-energy environment

- Prepared to work flexibly and productively across the store
