## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work varying shifts, including Sunday 20:00-04:00, Monday 21:00-05:00, and Thursday 21:00-05:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, and work across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers
