As a Pharma Client Manager, you will work closely with pharmaceutical clients, providing them with expert advice and tailored solutions to support their business needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of IQVIA's product and service portfolio and take on overall responsibility for assigned pharma clients

- Collaborate on expanding the company's business in the life sciences and healthcare sector

- Provide high-level consulting expertise and demonstrate a thorough understanding of client challenges

- Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders across various departments and throughout the product lifecycle

- Identify client needs and develop strategies to address them using IQVIA's product portfolio

- Acquire new projects, manage the sales process, and coordinate cross-functional activities

- Develop account plans, create action plans, and negotiate contracts

- Attend conferences and IQVIA events

Your profile:

- Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences, and have several years of experience in business development or key account management in the pharma or healthcare industry

- Possess insider knowledge of the German healthcare market and excellent business acumen

- Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and exceptional consulting skills

- Be fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
