## Description

We are seeking a Client Success Analyst to ensure client satisfaction and success using our Domínio accounting software. As the primary point of contact between clients and Thomson Reuters, you will provide support, guidance, and personalised solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain close contact with clients

- Monitor client performance and product usage

- Promote adoption of new product features

- Organise client agendas

- Record all client interactions

- Provide clear communication and regular feedback to management

**Required Qualifications:**

- Completed degree or currently studying in Administration, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related fields

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to visit clients in Santa Catarina

- Preferably living in Florianópolis or surrounding areas

- Experience in customer service

- Negotiation and sales skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Valid driver's license
