## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Whitchurch, Shropshire. The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist with filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience

- Help organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy and clean

- Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make helpful recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time role with 16 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027

- Availability required Sunday to Saturday, 04:00-08:00
