## Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group (CSG) and Tech and Product organizations with top-tier talent.

**Your Impact**

- Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles

- Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and tech hiring

- Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent

- Navigate ambiguity and quickly translate vague or shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies

- Collaborate closely with our Talent Attraction recruiting team

- Serve as a talent market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

**Basic Requirements**

- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience

- Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week

- Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques

- Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment

- Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach

- Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets

- Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google

**Preferred Requirements**

- Experience in a dedicated sourcing or research function within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company

- Familiarity with talent intelligence tools

The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $142,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $90,200 - $155,200 annually.
