## Description

We are seeking experienced pharmaceutical consultants in specialist external sales to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in the dermatology area. As a key player in our team, you will work closely with our life sciences customers to support them with flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success.

**Job Summary:** You will serve as a primary commercial contact for assigned dermatological key accounts, building long-term relationships with dermatologists and relevant practice stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include positioning our product as a differentiated therapy option within existing treatment pathways, implementing national launch strategies, and ensuring rapid market penetration in the early post-launch phase.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned dermatological key accounts

- Build long-term, trusting relationships with dermatologists and relevant practice stakeholders

- Position our product as a differentiated therapy option within existing treatment pathways

- Implement national launch strategies into individual account plans

- Ensure rapid market penetration in the early post-launch phase

- Conduct high-quality scientific and value-based conversations

- Take overall responsibility for territory performance and regional business results

- Apply structured account planning and prioritisation

- Utilise data and insights to optimise customer interaction

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial and medical teams

- Work within clear compliance and governance guidelines

- Act as a professional brand ambassador

**Requirements:**

- Completed studies (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences) or comparable qualification according to §75 AMG

- Experience in pharmaceutical specialist external sales, ideally in dermatology

- In-depth understanding of the German healthcare system

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory

- Fluent German language skills (C1-C2)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with product launches or indication extensions

- Experience in managing key accounts in the specialty care area, preferably in dermatology

- Application of CRM systems and structured sales processes

- Experience in matrix or outsourcing environments (advantageous)
