## Description

You will build end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive sales (GMV) through marketing campaigns. You will be accountable for all new growth initiatives, including performance monitoring and target tracking. Our ambition is to make GrabFood the top choice in Thailand.

The critical tasks you will perform:

- Plan and implement all marketing campaigns from end-to-end and be responsible for new scalable campaigns

- Work with the operations team to achieve business growth and operational excellence

- Discuss with external parties such as agencies or business partners

- Collaborate with multiple partners, both internal and external

- Support partner negotiation, partner contracts, and adherence to the operating budget of Marketing

- Perform post-mortem analysis in a data-driven manner to justify campaigns and business targets

- Support the purchase requisition process for all marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer marketing (campaign marketing, partnerships/brand marketing, or marketing communications) with exposure to online and offline media

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or other related fields

- Create creative briefs and new campaign initiatives

- Excellent project management and communication skills in both written and spoken English

- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks

- Enjoy brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, and having a hunger for success
