## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to join the NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team. You will manage projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial aspiration to production, in data center environments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators

- Understand high and low-level technical architecture and facilitate debate to drive decisions on solutions

- Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly

- Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers

- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and partners via conference calls

- Lead complex installations, report and advance observed problems to operational partner concern points

- Handle project change and release notice communication to customers

- Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

- Work irregular hours as required

**Requirements:**

- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

- 7+ years of experience in project delivery management

- Minimum five years of experience in field services and/or customer support for hardware and software products

- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers

- Strong leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong social skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision

- Experience leading global projects

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment

- PMP Certification

- HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies
