## Description

We are seeking an Accounting Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Nanterre, France. As an apprentice, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of accounting within an international organisation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Accounts payable:

- Record and account for supplier invoices

- Participate in preparing and monitoring payments

- Monitor supplier accounts

- Accounts receivable:

- Record customer receipts

- Perform accounting reconciliations

- Participate in monitoring customer accounts

- General accounting:

- Participate in VAT declarations

- Contribute to payroll accounting entries

- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

- Ensure classification, archiving, and monitoring of accounting documents

- Service life:

- Participate in continuous improvement projects for the accounting service

- Contribute to data and process reliability

- Provide support to the team on daily tasks

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a Bac to Bac+2 level training programme in Accounting, Management, or Finance (e.g., Bac Pro AGOrA, Bac STMG, BTS Accounting and Management)

- Recognised for your:

- Rigor and organisational skills

- Discretion and respect for confidentiality

- Team spirit

- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning

- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel

- Prior knowledge of an ERP accounting system would be beneficial
