## Description

Wealthsimple is seeking a Lead, Learning & Employee Experience to own the experiences that shape how it feels to join, learn and grow at Wealthsimple. This includes designing, delivering and running onboarding and learning programs, and employee events that bring Wealthsimplers together in person and remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Owning new employee onboarding end to end, designing, delivering and running every cohort

- Facilitating live learning and onboarding sessions for groups of ten to sixty-plus, in person and remotely

- Designing, developing and overseeing key employee events, delivered both in person and remotely

- Building and running learning programs, designing the curriculum and building it in the learning platform

- Measuring the effectiveness of programs and making data-driven decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience designing, delivering and running onboarding, learning or employee experience programs

- Demonstrated excellence as a facilitator, leading live sessions regularly for mixed and senior audiences

- Hands-on experience planning and producing employee events from concept to delivery

- Instructional design and curriculum-building experience

- A data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
