## Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Race Logistics Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the logistics of our racing events, training camps, and team activities.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute logistics for assigned races, training camps, and team events, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, accreditation, and timing

- Coordinate with event organisers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with UCI guidelines

- Manage travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation for team members and athletes

- Develop and implement comprehensive travel plans, including equipment transport and accommodation arrangements

- Identify and mitigate logistical challenges to ensure smooth event execution

- Work independently and make decisions under pressure to ensure operational continuity

Requirements:

- Experience in logistics management, preferably in sports or events

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Strong organisational and planning abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected challenges

- Experience with budget management and cost-conscious planning

- Passion for cycling and knowledge of professional cycling standards

- Familiarity with administration of a professional cycling team is an advantage

- High level of independence and decision-making authority

- Willingness to work regular weekends

- Travel requirement: 20-30%
