As an Associate Director - Workfront, you will develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client needs, implementing best practices in project management and process automation to enhance operational efficiency. You will configure and customize Workfront, including dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows to optimize client operations. You will also complete detailed Workfront architecture and configuration documentation for inclusion in client design documents, largely in collaboration with a business process expert/lead.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and configuring Adobe Workfront solutions

- Configuring and customizing Workfront

- Implementing automation rules processes within Fusion

- Participating in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews

- Identifying enhancements and new functionalities

- Troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues

- Providing comprehensive quality assurance

- Working with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver training

- Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams

- Providing ongoing technical support

Desired skills and experience:

- 6+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront development and implementation

- Strong understanding of Workfront design and system integrations

- Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent

- Proven ability to develop and implement automation for workflow optimization

- Exceptional troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently

Information Security Responsibilities:

- Promoting and enforcing awareness of key information security practices

- Identifying, assessing, and reporting security risks

- Understanding and evaluating how data is stored, processed, or transmitted

- Ensuring data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle
