## Description

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Program Advisor to support the development, implementation, and optimization of pharmacy programs across Cigna International Health.

The Clinical Program Advisor will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Global Pharmacy, advancing affordability, strengthening pharmacy governance, optimizing pharmacy product performance, and improving clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting optimization of U.S. pharmacy products and services for international members

- Identifying high-value pharmacy interventions that support clinical programs and population health priorities

- Providing pharmacy subject matter expertise for market strategy and product implementation

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute pharmacy programs and resolve barriers

- Developing business cases, implementation plans, and governance materials for pharmacy initiatives

- Tracking pharmacy savings, clinical outcomes, and program effectiveness

Requirements:

- Licensed Pharmacist or eligibility for pharmacist licensure in local market; Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required

- Strong understanding of pharmacy utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit design

- Strategic and analytical thinking with cross-functional program management capability

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to translate clinical pharmacy expertise into operational and financial value

Preferred qualifications:

- International healthcare or pharmacy program experience

- Pharmacy benefit management or health plan pharmacy operations experience

- Specialty medication management, population health, affordability initiatives, project management, or change management experience
