## Description

The Reconciliation Production Analyst is responsible for comparing two or more data sets to identify matches and mismatches based on predefined criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily Reconciliation of Securities/Cash - DB (Aladdin) Holding V/s Custodian Books.

- Manage cash reconciliation between Aladdin and custodian feeds on trade and currency levels.

- Identify causes and assign cash/position breaks to the correct team for further investigation and resolution.

- Perform primary investigations on cash/position breaks.

- Ensure quality and quantity of processing are maintained as per SLA.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in the domain in an Investment Banking or Asset Management setup.

- Strong knowledge of Reconciliation processes and understanding of various ledger and statement feeds/swifts.

- Ability to identify causes and assign cash/position breaks to the correct team.

- Working knowledge of Aladdin & TLM/DUCO reconciliation tools will be a strong plus.
