## Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Full-Stack Developer to join our team building innovative software supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models

- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost restraints

- Develop unit and functional test plans

- Provide database architectural and design capabilities

- Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance

- Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance

- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning

- Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures

- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities

- Correct errors and recheck the program to ensure desired results

- Conduct trial runs of program and software applications

- Compile and write documentation of program development and revisions

- Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages

- Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent

- Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs

- Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users

- Investigate whether networks, workstations, or peripheral equipment are responding to a program's instructions

- Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams

- Consult with and assist computer operators or system analysts

- Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel

- Designs, develops, and maintains applications within the cloud environment

Requirements:

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

- BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience

- Demonstrated experience in multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, and/or XML)

- Experience managing and developing web software

- Demonstrated experience with cloud services

- Experience in Windows and/or Unix

- Experience with VUE or React
