## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our West Park Darlington store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 18:00 to 22:00. During peak periods, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.

Please note that this role is not suitable for those under 18 years old due to health and safety legislation.
