## Description

As a Senior Game Product Manager at Electronic Arts, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and rewarding live service experience for players of College Football.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including producers, game designers, economists, and external partners to drive growth of the live service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a comprehensive and data-driven strategy to drive revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction through the in-game store

- Analyzing performance of the in-game store and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Creating promotional campaigns and in-game events to drive player participation and boost in-game store sales

- Translating strategic directives into objectives and key results, and monitoring progress

- Evaluating new business opportunities that provide value to players and align with company goals

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in the gaming industry, preferably with a focus on in-game stores, microtransactions, or virtual economies

- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and A/B testing to inform product decisions and drive optimizations

- Demonstrated ability to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effective in-game store strategies and monetization models

- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
