## Description

Mastercard's Launch Graduate Program is an 18-month program that provides hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders. As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate with small teams to help clients solve strategic questions, create meaningful contributions, and gain broad exposure to various industries.

The program consists of three specialization tracks:

- Strategy & Transformation: Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges.

- Performance Analytics: Use quantitative and qualitative skills to drive data-led consulting solutions.

- Marketing: Develop strategies and lead implementation of marketing campaigns and engagements.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate or master's degree with an expected graduation date in December 2026 – August 2027

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Turkish

- Availability to start in March or September 2027
