As a Director, Product Management, Financial Core, Engine, you will lead the strategy and execution of the System of Record functionality for Financial Accounts and Transactions, and manage relationships with key business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about solving complex problems in Financial Accounts, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoys figuring out optimal platform answers with Tech Partners.

Responsibilities:

- Create a long-term roadmap supporting a broader enterprise vision and industry trends

- Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize, and build reusable capabilities for multiple Financial Products

- Partner closely with Tech to ensure platform architecture supports value drivers of modernization business cases

- Collaborate with Program to create and maintain communication channels with LOB partners

- Ensure the platform is accurate and performant

- Drive tooling to improve reconciliation

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products

Salary Information:

- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 per year

- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 per year

- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 per year
